Unsere erfahrenen Gründer Lukas Erlebach (CEO), Alexander Rausch (COO) und Denis Bauer (CTO) – zuletzt in C-Level Positionen bei Zalando, Amorelie, audibene und Microsoft tätig – haben ein internationales Team voller Unternehmergeist um sich versammelt. Zu deinen spannenden Verantwortungsbereichen zählen:
The Joblift Graduate Program will jump-start your career in Business Development and Sales. Over 12 months you will develop and improve a number of invaluable professional skills, be a part of the booming Berlin tech start-up world and get unique insights into our product and how to build a business. Alongside our international business development team you will be a part of scaling an already proven business and sustaining our momentum by providing our partners with the best service possible.

Here's what awaits you:

Phase 1 - Build product and market understanding
  • Analyse our competitors to get an overview of the recruiting market
  • Work with our Business Intelligence team to track and understand the performance of our site
  • Support the Performance Marketing Managers in attracting the right traffic through campaign building and SEM optimisation
  • Learn the ins and outs of sales and account management from your manager and get first-hand experience working in both fields
Phase 2 - Practically apply your learnt skills
  • Use your knowledge to acquire partners through phone, email and professional networking and help them succeed in their search for the best applicants
  • Develop growth strategies for our partners that outline their critical success factors, potential for growth and provide recommendations
  • Prioritise partner issues and resolve them together with our IT experts
Phase 3  - Become an expert in your field
  • Build and manage your own partner base 
  • Keep improving their performance with your analytical skills and data insights
  • Take over more responsibility and support other employees in their learning process
  • Create strategies to improve our product considering your experience with your partners
  • Help recruit the next batch of budding entrepreneurs
Idealerweise bringst du folgende Punkte mit:
  • Native level in one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch or English
  • Bachelors Degree or Pursuing Bachelors Degree (Graduating 2018)
  • Prior experience in business development, sales or customer service is a plus
  • Eagerness and determination to learn new skills and experiment with new concepts and ideas
  • Curiosity, self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking with a hands-on attitude
  • Analytical thinking, ability to grasp and analyse large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
